Building the Black Cat Knowledge Base

Goal

Build a personal knowledge base that can grow over time. It should share a clear relationship with the main website while keeping content, deployment, and iteration independent.

Language implementation

Chinese and English files mirror the same ASCII paths, for example:

content/zh/ai-basics/ai-agent.md
content/en/ai-basics/ai-agent.md

The build generates Chinese first, then places English under public/en/. Because matching notes keep the same relative path, the language switch can map between them directly. Future languages can follow the same rule.

Safety boundaries

• Tencent Cloud remains the domain registrar; DNS has not been changed.
• Tencent Cloud Anti-DDoS has no bound business IP and is not part of this static site’s first-version route.
• Work is local only: no deployment and no cloud project creation.
• An automated check confirms that the publish: false test draft never enters the public directory.

Current stage

The first version now has a structure, bilingual builds, a visual system, and local validation. Ongoing records live in PROJECT_LOG.md and project-docs/ at the project root.
